Association Business

The Spring Point Homeowners Association maintains roads, a neighborhood beach, an 8-acre protected green belt of trees, and a water system (for those in Spring Point A).

The Board of Directors generally meets monthly (except in July) to discuss association business. All Spring Point members are welcome to attend. See the calendar for the next upcoming meeting.

In July, there is an annual community picnic. A fun time to meet and catch up with your neighbors.

The annual business meeting takes place in August. See the calendar for date and location.
