WELCOME TO SPRING POINT
Spring Point is a private homeowners' development on the southwest corner of Orcas Island and comprises 325 acres, including about 1.4 miles of high to medium bank waterfront property facing south and west. Most of the acreage is heavily wooded with Douglas firs, hemlocks, pines, and madrone, including some old growth trees.
Currently, the 112 private properties of Spring Point are held by 97 owners. These include 44 waterfront, 43 view and 25 larger upland properties.
